Last updated: 10 October 2026

These terms apply to nexlylab.com and to the media products of NEXLY LAB sp. z o.o., ul. Juliana Smulikowskiego 4A/21, 00-389 Warszawa, Poland, KRS 0001190628, NIP 5253058699, REGON 542557020 ("Nexly Lab", "we"), including the news channels Nexly Lab Pixel News and Nexly Lab Media on YouTube, X and TikTok and the newsroom application that publishes to them.

1. Our services

We provide information about Nexly Lab and publish short news videos and explainers. Videos are produced with the help of AI (AI-written summaries, AI voice, AI-assisted illustrations), are labelled as such, and cite the sources they are based on.

2. Information only

Our content is for general information. We check it against the sources we cite, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current or free of errors, and it is not professional, legal, financial or medical advice. Please refer to the original sources before acting on any information.

3. Newsroom application

The Nexly Lab Pixel News application is an internal tool used by Nexly Lab to publish its own videos to accounts it owns, using the official APIs of the platforms. It is not offered to third parties. Use of the platforms is also subject to their own terms (for example the TikTok, X and YouTube terms of service).

4. Intellectual property

Our original content (texts, pixel-art illustrations, videos, logos) belongs to Nexly Lab or its licensors. You may share links to our content and embed it with the tools provided by the platforms. Other use requires our permission. Third-party materials remain the property of their owners and are used with attribution.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use our website or content in a way that breaks the law, infringes others' rights, or disrupts our services.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nexly Lab is not liable for damages resulting from the use of our website or content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Corrections and contact

If you spot an error or want to report content, write to [email protected]. We review reports and correct errors.

8. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes will be resolved by the courts competent for our registered office, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
